Nikoi is a private island off the east coast of Bintan just 2 ½ hours from Singapore. With 18 beach houses (27 rooms) plus additional bunk rooms for extra guests, Nikoi is ideal for groups of up to 60; perfect for any corporate team building vacation.

There are en suite bathrooms for each bedroom and downstairs has a chill out zone with open air deck complete with daybeds, bale and lounge; ideal for small breakout meetings or simply a place to relax. Interiors introduce you to barefoot luxury at its best.Whilst free of telephones and computers there is excellent mobile phone reception on the island should you wish to be contactable. Professional audio and visual equipment is available at no extra charge.
Meals
The two separate dining pavilions on Nikoi each have a magnificent 9m long table that together comfortably seat 50 whilst additional tables and chairs can also be arranged. Our menu consists of barbequed seafood, local dishes and tropical fruits coupled with a reasonably priced selection of beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
Activities
Booked as a whole, the island is available for your company’s exclusive use providing a unique team building environment well away from the distractions of the office.
Team building activities can vary from sailing, kayaking, beach games and rock climbing to locally inspired workshops. In addition, with the close proximity to Singapore, it is possible to organise a team building professional to come for the day.
We have a projector and screen, microphones and professional mixing desk, portable active speakers and internet connection. Furthermore, there are multiple locations on the island that can be used as meeting venues.
Rates
Rates for whole island bookings are S$25,000 per night (Mon to Thu) and S$31,500 per night (Fri to Sun). Please note we have a two night minimum stay. These rates are for up to 50 guests, inclusive of full board.
Our payment policy for whole island bookings is as follows: a 10% deposit will hold the booking for one week, 40% of payment is required 3 months prior to check-in, and the balance 50% payment is required 1 month prior to check-in. A full refund will be provided (less a cancellation fee) for any bookings cancelled more than 30 days in advance. No refund will be provided for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days in advance. For groups of more than the allocated capacity, there will be an extra charge of S$250++ per day per adult, S$125++ per child (4-13 years old).
The usual transfer fee of S$100++ per adult and S$53++ per child from Bintan Ferry terminal to Nikoi applies. This includes VIP customs and immigration clearance, car and boat journey. There is a minimum bar spend of S$3,000 per night. Groups booking the whole island will have exclusive use of the island and no other visitors will be allowed to visit the island during your stay.
Please note the whole island is not available for booking over Singaporean public holidays.
