Whether you are planning a Wedding, Milestone Birthday, an Extended Family reunion or a Corporate Retreat you can book the whole of Nikoi for your exclusive use, offering a true private island experience.
Nikoi is very popular on weekends so if you are planning a whole island booking over the weekend, you may need to book at least six months ahead. To check on availability you can email us at [email protected].
We would be happy to help with the transfers to Nikoi and with meals but should you need assistance with decorations or any other arrangements we would recommend you engage an event planner. There is limited accommodation in the immediate vicinity but there is plenty of accommodation in the Bintan resorts area, approximately 90 minutes away. Please note that we cannot host more than 100 guests for meals.
Rates
Rates for whole island bookings are S$23,200 per night (Mon to Thu) and S$30,000 per night (Fri to Sun). Please note we have a two night minimum stay. These rates are for up to 48 guests inclusive of full board. Our payment policy for whole island bookings is as follows: a 10% deposit will hold the booking for one week, 40% of payment is required 3 months prior to check-in, and the balance 50% payment is required 1 month prior to check-in.
A full refund will be provided (less a cancellation fee) for any bookings cancelled more than 30 days in advance. No refund will be provided for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days in advance. For groups of more than 48 guests, there will be an extra charge of S$250++ per day per adult, S$125++ per child (4-13 years old).
The usual transfer fee of S$95++ per adult and $48++ per child from Bintan Ferry terminal to Nikoi applies. This includes VIP customs and immigration clearance, car and boat journey. There is a minimum bar spend of S$3,000 per night. Groups booking the whole island will have exclusive use of the island and no other visitors will be allowed to visit the island during your stay.
Please note the whole island is not available for booking over Singaporean public holidays.
Weddings
Nikoi is the perfect location for an intimate wedding. In addition to our standard whole island booking rate, there is an additional surcharge of S$500++ per night for weddings. Read more
